Realising a clients dream project

The master plan for this semi-rural project allows for small scale farming, contemporary Australian living and a secondary dwelling for visitors.

This idyllic site in the heart of the valley is designed with the regions history and climate in mind. A modern home is complemented by a long-form barn style dwelling with a considered siting.

All the buildings in this project are sited carefully to maximise the connection to differing site levels. Moreover, the proximity of the occupants is both private and engaged. The existing buildings have been adapted for reuse and informed the facades of the new buildings. The lovely clients are looking forward to a build in the new year.
