Spacial Studio’s story is one built on craftsmanship, dedication, and passion for design. Founded by Michael Scheltema, the studio has grown from humble beginnings, which saw Michael surrounded by family members who were skilled in trades such as bricklaying and architecture.
These early influences shaped his understanding of quality and attention to detail. After completing his architectural studies and working in the field for over two decades, Michael’s desire to create bespoke designs led him to establish Spacial Studio in 2021. The studio now focuses on luxury residential projects, where creativity, precision, and client collaboration drive every design.
What sets Spacial Studio apart is the combination of technical expertise and creative design. Michael’s hands-on experience in construction, paired with his architectural studies, gives him a unique approach to problem-solving.
From the very beginning, Spacial Studio has focused on delivering projects that balance aesthetics with functionality. By listening closely to clients and understanding their vision, this team creates spaces that are both beautiful and practical.
