Spacial Studio is an evolving boutique building design practice with a strong focus on luxury residential projects. Founded by Michael Scheltema, whose background spans two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, the studio combines expertise in architecture, engineering, and design.
Michael’s journey began with early exposure to craftsmanship, influenced by family trades in bricklaying and architecture. Over the years, he gained skills in stonemasonry, carpentry, and project management, building the foundation for his formal architectural studies. Today, Spacial Studio specialises in high-end bespoke residential designs, serving clients across Southeast Queensland.
